I've updated the above post with a link to the <a HREF="http://www.robertpicardo.com/" TITLE="Robert Picardo's official site">Robert Picardo</a> interview, held from a cell phone at <a HREF = "http://www.startrekexp.com/" TITLE="Star Trek Experience">Quark's Bar</a> in Las Vegas. I'm kinda creeped out by the caller to both this and the <a HREF = "http://www.podango.com/podcast_episode/801/31767/The_James_Madison_Show/Actor_Garrett_Wang_Guest" TITLE="Garrett Wang, Guest LIVE">Garrett Wang interview</a>; he not only heaps uncomfortably lavish praise on the actors, but he also sounds eerily like Woody Allen. Still, for something to be the worst of Trek is still better than many other sci-fi shows.
