The AI isn't great, and the appeal of the game certainly is nuking your friends off the face of the planet in multiplayer mode. I asked, "You like that film?" Turns out they had no idea it was a movie reference; they just liked the commentary on the futility of war. Back in '83, I was a founding member of my high school's computer club, my family had bought the first IBM PC, and I went with my dad to check out this film.
